FDA批准Cosentyx治疗关节活动性银屑病关节炎（PsA）

诺华的IL-17A单抗Cosentyx显著改善斑块状银屑病疾病症状

诺华宣布其IL-17A单抗Cosentyx可改善斑块状银屑病患者体内的炎症并迅速抑制IL-23水平。该药物在治疗第12周时，可迅速逆转大多数患者的斑块样病变。并且，该药物还诱导了对IL-23和IL-17F细胞因子的快速和持续抑制。

Cosentyx治疗的牛皮癣患者最早可于4周出现生活质量指标改善

诺华公司近日公布了对四项III期临床试验的汇总分析结果，这些试验证明用Cosentyx 300 mg治疗的中重度斑块状银屑病（PsO）患者生活质量指标的改善。早在第4周时，与安慰剂相比，经Cosentyx治疗的患者的EQ-5D-3L调查问卷评分更优。这些结果将发表在第15届年度皮肤病专家皮肤科医生年会。

诺华的牛皮癣药物IL-17单抗Cosentyx在国内获批上市

中国国家医疗产品管理局（NMPA）批准诺华的IL-17单抗Cosentyx（苏金单抗）用于治疗中度至重度斑块状银屑病的成年患者。Cosentyx是目前在国内第一个获批的IL-17单抗药物，领先于礼来公司的Taltz（ixekizumab）和Bausch Health的Siliq（布罗达单抗），和强生公司Tremfya（guselkumab）。

Lancet发表III期ECLIPSE研究，证明IL-23单抗TREMFYA比IL-17单抗COSENTYX治疗中度至重度银屑病具有更好的长期疗效

2019年8月9日，强生西安杨森制药公司宣布，The Lancet杂志发表了III期临床ECLIPSE研究将TREMFYA（guselkumab）与COSENTYX（苏金单抗）相比在治疗中度至重度牛皮癣成年患者中，具有更优异的长期有效性。这是第一项比较白细胞介素（IL）-23单抗TREMFYA和IL-17单抗COSENTYX治疗牛皮癣的研究。
