脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2 (Lp-PLA2)与心血管疾病的发生密切相关,而在2型糖尿病(T2DM)中,有关Lp-PLA2与下肢动脉疾病(LEAD)的相关性在既往研究中并不一致。

脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2 (Lp-PLA2)与血管疾病的发生密切相关,而在2型糖尿病(T2DM)中,有关Lp-PLA2与下肢动脉疾病(LEAD)的相关性在既往研究中并不一致。因此,本研究旨在探讨Lp-PLA2的升高是否与T2DM患者中铅的发生有关。

研究共纳入519例T2DM患者(173例LEAD,346例非LEAD)。记录人口统计学、病史、血脂、糖化血红蛋白、Lp-PLA2和踝肱指数(ABI)进行分析。

LEAD组的糖尿病持续时间,女性患病率,高血压患病率和Lp-PLA2浓度显著高于非LEAD组(糖尿病持续时间:15 [10–20] vs 8 [2–12] 年,女性患病率:49.13%vs 38.73%,高血压患病率:58.38%vs 38.11%,Lp-PLA2:145 [108-178] vs 125 [107-138] ng / ml,p <0.05)。 Lp-PLA2与ABI呈负相关(r = -0.308,p <0.001)。 多元逻辑回归分析结果表明,血清Lp-PLA2是LEAD发生的独立因素(比值:1.018 [1.007-1.029],P = 0.001)。

研究表明,2型糖尿病患者血清Lp-PLA2浓度升高与LEAD有关。它们是LEAD发生的独立危险因素。
