SCI REP：晚期糖基化终末产物对健康超重成人炎症和心血管风险的影响！

富含晚期糖基化终产物（AGEs）的饮食被认为对心血管健康具有有害作用。然而，低晚期糖基化终产物的饮食对超重人群心血管危险因素和炎症标志物的有益影响仍然存在不确定性。

近日，Scientific reports 杂志上发表了一篇研究文章，研究人员进行了一 项随机、双盲、交叉试验以确定摄入低晚期糖基化终产物饮食是否可以减少超重和肥胖的健康成人炎症和心血管疾病的风险。

研究人员将所有的参与者（n=20）轮流交替摄入低和高晚期糖基化终产物饮食两周，中间经过四周的洗脱期进行分隔。研究人员发现低晚期糖基化终产物饮食对收缩压（P=0.2）和舒张压（P=0.3）、平均动脉压（P=0.8）和脉压（P=0.2）没有影响，相比于高晚期糖基化终产物的饮食。总胆固醇（P=0.3）、低密度脂蛋白（P=0.7）、高密度脂蛋白（P=0.2）和甘油三酯（P=0.4）也没有显著差别，另外炎症标志物也没有区别：白细胞介素-6（P=0.6）、单核细胞趋化蛋白-1（P=0.9）、肿瘤坏死因子α（P=0.2）、C反应蛋白（P=0.6）和核因子κ-β（P=0.2）。
