这篇研究的目的是为了评估模拟内吸收穿孔牙齿使用硅酸钙类水门汀(CSCs)和充填材料修复后的抗折（FR）性能。

研究使用96颗下颌前磨牙。12颗牙齿作为阴性对照组。剩余牙齿使用旋转锉进行预备，并使用球钻在牙根正中间预备以标准化内吸收窝洞。12个样本不再进行进一步的处理并作为阳性对照组。剩余72颗牙齿的根管距离根尖4 mm处使用单锥技术进行封闭，并按照不同CSCs和充填材料修复分为6组：MTA + MTA， MTA + gutta-percha/sealer， Biodentine + Biodentine， Biodentine + gutta-percha/sealer， MTA Plus + MTA Plus和MTA Plus + gutta-percha/sealer。样本使用丙烯酸树脂进行包埋，随后进行抗折断测试。使用方差分析和Bonferroni检验对样本折断时的力量强度进行统计学分析（P = .05）。

结果显示，在不考虑充填材料的情况下，不同CSCs之间不存在明显差异(P > .05)。MTA + gutta-percha/sealer， Biodentine + gutta-percha/sealer和MTA Plus + gutta-percha/sealer组的FR分别显著低于MTA + MTA， Biodentine + Biodentine和MTA Plus + MTA Plus (P < .05)。Biodentine + Biodentine组表现出最高的FR，而MTA Plus + gutta-percha/sealer组则最低。阳性对照组的FR要显著低于完全以CSCs进行修复的组别(P < .05)，而阴性对照组要明显高于gutta-percha和sealer联合使用的组别(P < .05)。

结论：对于存在内吸收穿通的牙根，使用CSCs进行充填可能比gutta-percha/sealer更好些。
