这篇研究的目的是通过毛细管流动分析仪(CFP)评估氢氧化钙根管封药(CH)对根管充填的短期和长期封闭效果的影响。

这篇研究的目的是通过毛细管流动分析仪(CFP)评估氢氧化钙根管封药(CH)对根管充填的短期和长期封闭效果的影响。为了验证方法的可重复性，研究使用5个完全封闭的样本进行CFP测试。测试重复3次，并与非参数的弗里德曼试验相比较。随后，45个预备好的腭根随机分为3组。组1：样本通过1步法进行根管充填，不使用任何根管内封药。组2：使用CH进行根管内封药1周，注射器冲洗后进行根管充填。组3：使用CH进行根管内封药1周，超声荡洗后根管充填。分别在根充后1周和6个月进行CFP检测。采用Kruskal-Wallis检验进行组间比较，Wilcoxon signed-rank检验进行组内比较。显著性水平设置为0.05。对5个样本连续进行最小、平均流动和最大孔径的测试结果显示，它们之间不存在明显差异，表明此种方法的可重复性良好。3组在根充后1周和6个月的封闭效果没有显著性差异。同样，各组内在1周和6个月的测试中也未见明显不同。结论：根管内CH封药并不会明显影响根充短期或长期的封闭效果。临床意义：使用CH进行根管消毒并不会影响根管充填的质量。原始出处：Moinzadeh AT， De Moor RJG， et
