JAHA:素食对缺血性心脏病患者心脏代谢危险因素、肠道菌群和血浆代谢组的影响

VD与最佳药物治疗相结合可降低缺血性心脏病患者氧化LDL-C水平,改善心脏代谢危险因素,并改变肠道微生物的相对丰度和血浆代谢产物水平。

素食(VD)可以降低缺血性心脏病患者未来的血管风险。

近日,心血管疾病领域权威杂志JAHA上发表了一篇研究文章,研究人员在缺血性心脏病患者中进行了一项随机交叉研究,将受试者分配接受等热量VD和肉类饮食(MD),饮食干预4周,并以4周的清除期进行分隔。该研究的主要结局是不同饮食之间氧化的低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)的差异,次要结局是心脏代谢危险因素、生活质量、肠道菌群、粪便短链和支链脂肪酸以及血浆代谢组之间的差异。

在150名合格的患者中,有31名(21%)患者同意参加试验,并且27名(87%)参与者完成了研究。VD期间的平均氧化LDL-C(-2.73 U/L)、总胆固醇(-5.03 mg/dL)、LDL-C(-3.87 mg/dL)和体重(-0.67 kg)显著低于MD期。研究人员观察到VD和MD之间球菌科、毛螺菌科和Akkermansiaceae科几类微生物属的相对丰度差异明显。血浆代谢物,包括左旋肉碱、酰基肉碱代谢物和磷脂,在VD和MD的受试者中有所不同。VD对氧化LDL-C的影响与基线肠菌群组成有关,该菌群主要由球菌科属组成。

由此可见,VD与最佳药物治疗相结合可降低缺血性心脏病患者氧化LDL-C水平,改善心脏代谢危险因素,并改变肠道微生物的相对丰度和血浆代谢产物水平。该研究的结果表明,在基线时肠道菌群的组成可能与VD期间观察到的氧化LDL-C降低有关。
