研究合成了2类ELPs,并按照不同的粉液比与MTA粉末相混合。检测混合了ELP的MTA的物理特性,包括抗压强度、显微硬度和固化时间、冲洗抵抗力和生物相容性。通过扫描电子显微镜和傅里叶变换红外光谱分析MTA的显微结构。

结果显示,ELP类的基质能够增强MTA的物理特性,包括:MTA的抗压强度、显微硬度和冲洗抵抗力。整合ELP对生物相容性无明显影响。然而,ELP会延长MTA的凝固时间。

结论:结果表明,在MTA中添加了ELP类基质会显著改变其物理特性但不会影响MTA的化学结构和生物相容性。另外,还需要进一步的研究来克服因为添加ELP而造成临床固化时间延长的问题。
