本研究旨在回顾性分析血液学参数血小板与淋巴细胞比率(PLR)和血红蛋白与血小板比率(HPR)在结肠癌患者中的诊断价值。

本研究旨在回顾性分析血液学参数血小板与淋巴细胞比率(PLR)和血红蛋白与血小板比率(HPR)在结肠癌患者中的诊断价值。

研究人员收集354例结肠癌患者、108例良性结肠肿瘤患者和123例健康对照者的血液学参数和临床资料。

研究结果显示，与结肠良性肿瘤组和健康对照组相比，结肠癌组PLR值升高，HPR值降低。分析结肠癌患者的临床病理特征与实验室参数的相关性，结果显示PLR和HPR均与肿瘤的侵袭性和肿瘤的大小有关。与PLR (AUC = 0.725, 95%置信区间ci: 0.682 - -0.765), HPR (AUC = 0.752, 95%置信区间CI: 0.710 - -0.790)和癌胚抗原(CEA) (AUC = 0.710, 95%置信区间CI: 0.666 - -0.751)单独使用相比，结合PLR和CEA (AUC = 0.790, 95%置信区间CI: 0.750 - -0.826)或HPR和CEA (AUC = 0.814, 95%置信区间CI: 0.775 -0.848)可以提高特异性和产生更大的AUC区分结肠癌从良性结肠癌。

研究结果表明，PLR、HPR、CEA联合应用可提高结肠癌与良性结肠肿瘤的鉴别诊断效能。
