学者们对EndoSequence BC Sealer (BC Sealer； Brasseler USA， Savannah， GA)在加热垂直压力下的适应性存在一定的质疑。这篇研究的目的是为了评估加热对一种全新钙类根管封闭剂(EndoSequence BC Sealer HiFlow [HiFlow])物理特性和化学组成的影响以及它的细胞毒性，并与EndoSequence BC Sealer相对比。研究通过不同浓度的材料浸提液培养人的牙周膜成纤维细胞1， 2或3天，并通过Cell Counting Kit-8 (Enzo Life Sciences Inc， Burlington， Ontario， Canada)评估细胞活力。按照ISO 6786/2012标准，比较和评估2种封闭剂的固化时间、流动性、膜厚度、显微硬度和阻射性。通过应力控制流变仪在剪切率为0.01-10 s-1的范围内以及不同温度下测试材料黏性的持续变化，通过傅里叶变换红外光谱检测材料的化学成分变化。结果显示，2种材料在稀释度为1：4时，培养的第3天细胞活力显著下降。在37°C和100°C，HiFlow的固化时间、显
