学者们对EndoSequence BC Sealer (BC Sealer; Brasseler USA, Savannah, GA)在加热垂直压力下的适应性存在一定的质疑。这篇研究的目的是为了评估加热对一种全新钙类根管封闭剂(EndoSequence BC Sealer HiFlow [HiFlow])物理特性和化学组成的影响以及它的细胞毒性,并与EndoSequence BC Sealer相对比。研究通过不同浓度的材料浸提液培养人的牙周膜成纤维细胞1, 2或3天,并通过Cell Counting Kit-8 (Enzo Life Sciences Inc, Burlington, Ontario, Canada)评估细胞活力。按照ISO 6786/2012标准,比较和评估2种封闭剂的固化时间、流动性、膜厚度、显微硬度和阻射性。通过应力控制流变仪在剪切率为0.01-10 s-1的范围内以及不同温度下测试材料黏性的持续变化,通过傅里叶变换红外光谱检测材料的化学成分变化。结果显示,2种材料在稀释度为1:4时,培养的第3天细胞活力显著下降。在37°C和100°C,HiFlow的固化时间、显
