J Clin Periodontol:小型猪用双生长因子改善下颌骨嵴鞍型缺损修复的实验研究

为了验证在聚合物载体中,在rhBMP2中添加少量rhVEGF,低剂量的rhBMP2可以实现与单独使用rhBMP2相当的修复效果。

为了验证在聚合物载体中,在rhBMP2中添加少量rhVEGF,低剂量的rhBMP2可以实现与单独使用rhBMP2相当的修复效果。

在18个小型猪的双侧下颌骨中创建缺损。在12只试验动物中,一侧缺损使用装有400μgrhBMP2 /50μgrhVEGF165的0.5g颗粒PDLLA / CaCO 3复合物填充,另一侧用装有800μgrhBMP2的0.5g颗粒PDLLA / CaCO 3复合物填充。 4周和13周后,对新骨形成面积(mm 2)和骨密度(面积%)进行评估。

结果:4周和13周后,装有400μgrhBMP250μgVEGF165复合物的骨缺损新生骨的面积比800μgrhBMP2的多(11.97 vs 7.97mm 2, p = 0.043;72.48 vs 62.2mm 2, p = 0.028)。填充空白载体的缺损在13周后形成较少的骨(42.75mm 2; p = 0.039和0.020)。

结论:聚合物载体的rhBMP2可以改善下颌骨嵴鞍型缺损修复。加入少量rhVEGF可增加骨形成,同时降低rhBMP2的用量。
