本研究旨在评估反复洁刮治以及抛光后对三种不同修复材料表面粗糙度的影响。研究使用三种不同的修复材料制备了15个相同的圆盘。使用超声波洁治机在其表面操作20s。随后，使用推荐的口腔内抛光试剂进行多步骤抛光30秒。每种材料洁刮治前、洁刮治后以及抛光后使用3D轮廓仪和扫描电子显微镜来探究圆盘的表面形貌。使用非参数Friedman和Wilcoxon讯号等级检定进行统计分析，以评估三种材料洁刮治及抛光后材料原

结果显示，洁刮治前、洁刮治后以及抛光后圆盘的表面粗糙度值分别为3.02±0.34µm，2.44±0.72µm，和3.49±0.72µm。二硅酸锂表面粗糙度从2.35±1.05µM（洁刮治前）增加到28.54±9.64µM（洁刮治后），抛光后进一步增加到56.66±9.12µM（P <0.05））。氧化锆的粗糙度从洁刮治前的1.65±0.42 µm增加到洁刮治后的101.37±18.75 µm，但是抛光后的表面粗糙度下降到29.57±18.86µM（P <0.05）。

总之，该研究结果表明，超声洁刮治可显著改变二硅酸锂和氧化锆的表面完整性。使用多步口内盒表面抛光仅可有效减小氧化锆的粗糙度，而不是二硅酸锂。
