JAHA:主要膳食蛋白质来源与全因和特定原因死亡率的关系

不同的膳食蛋白质来源与全因死亡率、心血管疾病死亡率和痴呆死亡率有不同的相关性。该研究的结果支持在未来的膳食指南中考虑蛋白质来源的必要性。

关于蛋白质摄入的膳食推荐主要集中于蛋白质的数量上。然而,如果不考虑蛋白质特定来源,这样的推荐可能过于简单和不足。

近日,血管疾病领域权威杂志JAHA上发表了一篇研究文章,研究人员在1993年至1998年期间纳入了102521名绝经后妇女,并一直随访到2017年2月。

在1876205人次每年的随访中,共记录到了25976例死亡病例。摄入量最高和最低五分位数相比,植物蛋白摄入量与全因死亡率(风险比[HR]为0.91[0.86, 0.96])、心血管疾病死亡率(HR为0.88[0.79, 0.97])和痴呆死亡率(HR为0.79[0.67, 0.94])呈负相关。在主要蛋白质来源中,摄入量最高和最低五分位数相比,加工红肉(HR为1.06[1.01, 1.10])或鸡蛋(HR为1.14[1.10, 1.19])与更高的全因死亡风险相关。未加工红肉(HR为1.12[1.02, 1.23])、鸡蛋(HR为1.24[1.14, 1.34])或乳制品(HR为1.11[1.02, 1.22])与更高的心血管疾病死亡风险相关。鸡蛋摄入量与较高的癌症死亡率风险相关(HR为1.10[1.02, 1.19])。食用加工过的红肉与较高的痴呆死亡风险相关(HR为1.20[1.05, 1.32]),而食用家禽(HR为0.85[0.75, 0.97])或鸡蛋(HR为0.86[0.75, 0.98])与较低的痴呆死亡风险相关。在替代分析中,用植物蛋白替代动物蛋白与较低的全因死亡率、心血管疾病死亡率和痴呆死亡率相关,用坚果替代红肉、鸡蛋或乳制品与较低的全因死亡率相关。

由此可见,不同的膳食蛋白质来源与全因死亡率、心血管疾病死亡率和痴呆死亡率有不同的相关性。该研究的结果支持在未来的膳食指南中考虑蛋白质来源的必要性。
