记者从中科院合肥物质科学研究院了解到，技术生物与农业工程研究所研究员赵国平课题组、吴李君课题组与安徽大学夏俊峰教授合作，在前期工作基础上开发建立了人类肿瘤放疗增敏数据库dbCRSR。该成果是国际上首个关于人类肿瘤放疗相关基因的多组学整合数据库。研究成果发表在《数据库：生物数据库与管理》。


记者从中科院合肥物质科学研究院了解到，技术生物与农业工程研究所研究员赵国平课题组、吴李君课题组与安徽大学夏俊峰教授合作，在前期工作基础上开发建立了人类肿瘤放疗增敏数据库dbCRSR。该成果是国际上首个关于人类肿瘤放疗相关基因的多组学整合数据库。研究成果发表在《数据库：生物数据库与管理》。

放射治疗是治疗恶性肿瘤的重要手段之一。在分子生物学指导下提高肿瘤对射线的敏感性以及改善放射抗拒肿瘤的放射效果是放疗发展新趋势，放疗正从“物理精确”走向“生物精准”。

研究人员表示，调控放疗增敏可提高临床放疗的“生物精准”。dbCRSR目前已收录了多种类型具有调控放疗增敏作用的调控因子，包含395个编码基因、119个非编码RNA以及306个化合物。用户可根据需求，通过数据库获取影响特定癌症放疗敏感的基因、药物、调控方式，以及具有潜在放疗增敏调控作用的药物和miRNAs等多种注释信息。

此外，用户还可对数据库中的信息进行深度挖掘，如结合基因共表达关系及蛋白质相互作用，寻找潜在放疗增敏基因；联系多组学数据，对患者的癌症进行亚型分析，为临床医生进行个体化精准放疗提供指导。科研人员表示，dbCRSR将持续更新，并计划整合更多类型的组学数据，期望逐步发展成为辐射生物学基础研究和临床转化研究的信息知识库。
