强生旗下COVID-19候选疫苗Ad26.COV2.S：即将开展I/IIa期临床研究

强生公司（Johnson＆Johnson）今日宣布，在得到积极的临床前数据之后，将在美国和比利时的健康志愿者中开展I/IIa期研究，以验证COVID-19候选疫苗Ad26.COV2.S的有效性。

强生公司（Johnson＆Johnson）今日宣布，在得到积极的临床前数据之后，将在美国和比利时的健康志愿者中开展I/IIa期研究，以验证COVID-19候选疫苗Ad26.COV2.S的有效性。该试验以及将于9月开始的III期研究将评估基于腺病毒血清型26（Ad26）载体疫苗的一剂和两剂方案。

在《Nature》杂志上发表的结果表明，Ad26.COV2.S可防止非人类灵长类动物感染SARS-CoV-2，该疫苗可触发强大的免疫反应，Ad26.COV2.S可成功预防随后的感染，几乎能够完全保护肺部。强生公司首席科学官Paul Stoffels说：“我们很高兴看到这些临床前数据，SARS-CoV-2候选疫苗物产生了强烈的抗体反应，并且只需一次剂量即可提供保护”。

强生公司（Johnson＆Johnson）指出，I/IIa期试验将在1000多名18至55岁的成年人以及65岁及以上的老年人中评估Ad26.COV2.S。该公司补充说，正在计划在荷兰、西班牙和德国进行IIa期研究，并在日本进行I期研究。
