包含释放离子颗粒的糊剂对牙本质再矿化的影响

这篇研究的目的是为了评估每周一次应用含表面反应型预-再反应玻璃离聚物(S-PRG)填料的糊剂对牙本质再矿化的影响。研究将人的牙本质块脱矿并使用含S-PRG填料(0, 5, and 30%)的糊剂进行抛光,随后将其浸入再矿化溶液中1个月。在浸洗过程中对样本进行纳米印迹测试,并使用扫描电子显微镜观察分析牙本质表面。使用含纳米羟基磷灰石颗粒的糊剂作为对照。所有样本在脱矿溶液中的浸洗为机械特质的标志性阴性对照。结果显示,与其它样本相比,使用含S-PRG填料的糊剂抛光样本并浸洗于再矿化溶液中1月后的机械特质得到显著改善。再矿化后,使用含S-PRG填料和纳米羟基磷灰石的糊剂抛光的样本开放牙本质小管内存在一层再矿化层。结论:结果表明,含S-PRG填料的糊剂能够辅助牙本质的再矿化。原始出处:Iijima M, Ishikawa R, et al.
