J Endod:对牙髓器械抗疲劳强度测试试验的比较指征选择

牙髓器械经常会进行彼此间的循环抗疲劳强度测试(CFR)。然而,是什么驱动着研究者对CFR测定选择指征的确定还未可知,并且比较指征以及比较是如何随着时间发生变化的亦未可知。这篇研究的目的是为了评估CFR研究网系统,假定驱动比较的指征和设备特质(合金,生产商)。

研究对Medline和Embase (1986-2017)数据库进行系统性的回顾。体外研究分析纳入了CFR ≥2在人造弯曲根管系统中的马达驱动器械。按照名称、合金和生产商分级器械。采用社会网络分析技术评估研究网系统。

结果显示,研究共纳入了85篇文章的56种不同器械(9种合金, 17家生产商)。就器械而言,共出现了3个独立的低密度(0.19), 高集簇(0.71)子网(顺滑通道, 成型和再治疗器械)。一些特殊器械(ProTaper Universal [Dentsply Maillefer, Ballaigues, Switzerland], Mtwo [VDW Dental, Munich, Germany])作为中枢节点和可能的金标准。常规的镍钛器械是使用最多的合金。数个生产商支配着整个网络。近年来,所测试器械的多样性、合金和生产商不断增加。

结论:CFR的比较通常按照指征进行。一些器械和合金(常规镍钛器械)占据着整个网络。比较指征选择的整个比值比看起来比较适度;然而,对于特殊和不常使用器械的研究可能没有那么准确。还应继续探索决定几何网络的潜在因素(如:发起人)。
