BMJ：英国结肠镜检查后3年结肠癌发病率研究

研究认为，英国结肠镜检查后3年结肠癌发病率存在较大的差异，识别风险人群进而实现早期干预是十分必要的

近日研究人员利用最新的世界内镜组织指南量化英国结肠镜检查后结直肠癌（PCCRC）的发病率。

本次研究为基于人群的队列研究，考察了2005-2013年期间相关数据，所有接受结肠镜检查并在三年内被诊断为结直肠癌的患者（PCCRC-3yr）参与。研究的主要终点为PCCRC发病率变化趋势。

总体未调整PCRCRC-3年发生率为7.4%（9317/126152），从2005年的9.0%下降到2013年的6.5%。在NHS肠道癌症筛查方案下进行结肠镜检查的发生率较低（593/16640，3.6%），而非NHS结肠镜检查的发生率更高（187/2009，9.3%）。女性、老年组、炎症性肠病患者、憩室患者、具有较高共病评分的人群和既往癌症患者的发生率更高。
