J Endod:冲洗液振荡是否会导致玷污层的形成?

这篇研究的目的是为了评估超声活化(UA), EasyClean (EC)或EDDY (ED)系统在最终冲洗阶段用来促进冲洗液振荡是否会导致根管根尖1/3区玷污层的形成。

研究对13颗前磨牙通过Reciproc R40锉进行预备,并将其埋入硅酮内,形成一个完整的冲洗/抽吸系统。将牙齿劈开,在根管的颊侧内壁标记4个印记以作为观察位点。所有样本进行超声波浴并在环境SEM下扫描观察,以作为对照组。随后,使用同样的样本通过UA或ED或EC系统做最终冲洗,并采用4-level scoring系统进行分类。采用Kappa, Pearson和Kruskal-Wallis检验对数据进行统计学评估(p < 0.05)。

结果显示,所有实验组中在根尖的任意水平均会形成玷污层。在3和4 mm,所有实验组比对照组形成更高水平的玷污层。在2 mm,UA组形成的玷污层水平显著高于对照组,而EC, ED和对照组之间未见明显差异。在1 mm,ED与对照组之间无显著性差异,而EC和UA组玷污层的形成水平明显高于对照组。ED和EC组在根尖的任何水平下其玷污层的形成水平均无明显差异。

结论:不论使用何种技术,所有样本最终冲洗时均会形成玷污层。
