培养正念特定技能 - 即(i)监控当前时刻的经历(ii)接受倾向 - 可能会改变人们对他人的感知和关联方式。

研究人员预测,开发和接受现有经验对于减少孤独和增加社会接触至关重要,并且从正念干预中移除接受技能培训将消除这些益处。

在这项拆解试验中,153名社区成年人被随机分配到14课程的智能手机干预:(i)监测和接受培训(监测+接受),(ii)仅监测培训(仅监测),或( iii)主动控制培训。在干预前后3天,动态评估用于衡量日常生活中的孤独感和社交接触。

与预测一致,与仅监控和对照培训相比,监测+接受训练使每日生活孤独感减少22%(d = 0.44,P = 0.0001),并且每天增加两次互动(d = 0.47,P = 0.001),增加一个人的社交接触(d = 0.39,P = 0.004)。

这些发现描述了改善社会关系功能的行为治疗目标。通过培养对孤独和社会脱节的平静感觉,接受技能培训可以让孤独消散,并鼓励在日常生活中更多地与他人交往。
