冠状动脉疾病（coronary artery disease，CAD）是一种严重威胁人类，特别是中老年人健康的常见疾病。2019年欧洲心脏病学会（European Society ofCardiology，ESC）发布了《2019年ESC慢性冠状动脉综合征（chronic coronary syndrome，CCS）诊断和管理指南》（以下简称《2019年CCS指南》），该指南是在《2013年ESC稳定性冠状动脉疾病（stable coronary artery disease，SCAD）管理指南》（以下简称《2013年SCAD指南》）的基础上，结合近年临床证据做出的重要更新。《2019年CCS指南》首次将SCAD修正为CCS。强调根据CAD的临床表现将患者分为急性冠状动脉综合征和CCS。《2019年CCS指南》扩大了CCS的覆盖人群，并给出了CCS的常见分型。
