根据发表于Journal of Bone and Mineral Research的一项研究结果,成人补充钙剂和/或维生素D并不增加缺血性心脏病、心肌梗死或心血管事件的风险。

英国Cyrus Cooper等人对475 255例成人(平均年龄57岁)的数据进行评估,以确定钙和/或维生素D补充剂与缺血性心脏病及其死亡风险的关系。所有男性和女性受试者中,应用钙剂者分别为2.6%和10.6%,应用维生素D者分别为2.6和5.2%,钙剂和维生素D都应用者分别为0.8%和3.5%。平均随访7年,最长为10年。

结果显示,骨折史与补充钙剂和维生素D呈正相关。男性和女性中,因缺血性心脏病住院者分别为7106例和3407例,发生心肌梗死者分别为2456例和929例,发生心血管疾病者分别为8378例和4312例。研究未观察到应用钙剂与因上述事件入院存在相关性,对维生素D补充剂的研究也显示相似的结果。

该研究证实,应用钙剂或维生素D与因缺血性心脏病或非缺血性心血管事件(尤其是心肌梗死)而住院的风险或死亡风险的关系并无统计学意义。
