按照ISO 15189的定义,能力是“证明的应用知识和技能的能力”,因此,它的评估是确保整个测试过程质量的基础,以降低患者的风险。

按照ISO 15189的定义,能力是“证明的应用知识和技能的能力”,因此,它的评估是确保整个测试过程质量的基础,以降低患者的风险。研究人员开发了一款功能性的专业能力测评软件,以规范流程,将所有数据集中在一个平台,避免冗余和分散。

本研究的模型对技能进行了客观评估,因为这些技能可以用适当的标准进行衡量和比较,并且管理者和操作人员都参与进来,以提高他们的参与度。评估涉及到每个人,但是要满足的标准(数值)可以根据职责的不同而不同。对几个主观和客观的标准进行了评估:根据组织的需要,每个参数对所测量的总技能的贡献是可变的比例。

借助仪表板,可以对数据进行自动分析,并可以以指示器的形式轻松地实时监控。 所需技能与测得技能之间的比较可以突出显示对于规划个性化培训路径有用的差距。

研究人员的工具是可靠的,高度适应实验室的能力,以跟踪标准,标准和监测指标。计算机化管理是一种战略行动,它满足登记、追溯、通讯、数据分析和指标制定的要求,是持续改进的原则,可以根据实际培训需要进行规划。
