鉴于肠道菌群在人类健康中的作用越来越明显,于是许多人都在寻找可靠而有效地改善自身肠道菌群的方法。

富含水果的饮食有助于降低许多慢性疾病的风险,这些疾病是导致死亡的主要原因,包括心血管疾病和癌症。然而,据美国CDC数据,只有大约十分之一的成年人吃足够的水果或蔬菜。目前,尚不清楚葡萄与肠道菌群的关系。

近日,美国加州大学洛杉矶分校医学教授兼临床营养学系主任 Li Zhaoping 团队在 Nutrients 期刊上发表了一篇题为:Effect of Standardized Grape Powder Consumption on the Gut Microbiome of Healthy Subjects: A Pilot Study 的研究论文。

该研究显示,吃葡萄可以增加肠道菌群的多样性,也可以降低血液中的胆固醇水平,从而预防心脏病发作

早期的研究表明,吃某些水果,如苹果和葡萄,可以促进血管健康,因为它们含有抗氧化剂多酚,还可以降低血糖和血压水平。在某些情况下,多酚类物质的摄入已被证明可以减少炎症,而炎症是心脏病的一个促发因素。

在该研究中,研究人员分析了食用葡萄可能对健康的益处。研究人员追踪了19名年龄在21-55岁之间的人,参与者每天食用约40颗葡萄。在试验之前和试验期间,他们饮食中的其他部分纤维和植物化学物质(多酚)含量相对较低。研究人员在实验的两个阶段都收集了志愿者的粪便、血液和尿液样本。

四周后,研究发现,所有参与者的肠道生物群落多样性都增加了。具体来讲,增加的有益细菌包括阿克曼氏菌,早期的研究表明,阿克曼氏菌对葡萄糖水平和脂质代谢有积极影响,它燃烧糖和胆固醇,增强肠壁

此外,研究还发现,参与者的“坏”胆固醇减少了近8%,为它们提供燃料的胆汁酸下降了40.9%,这些有害脂肪会导致血栓阻塞血管,切断流向心脏或大脑的血液。

对血清A总胆固醇、B总甘油三酯、C:HDL胆固醇和 D:LDL胆固醇的影响

研究人员表示,健康的肠道对身体健康至关重要,我们发现葡萄对肠道细菌有益,这是个好消息。
