这项早期研究显示，EBTATE具有延长的循环半衰期，并能够在神经内分泌肿瘤内累积。对26例转移性神经内分泌肿瘤（NENs）患者的研究显示，患者对1.85 GBq（50 mCi）或3.70 GBq（100 mCi）EBTATE的耐受性良好，比3.70 GBq（100 mCi）的Lutathera®更有效。
