益生菌可以通过防止尿路病原体的定植来降低尿路感染的风险。此项双盲随机对照试验旨在确定口服益生菌引起的下尿路内尿病原体:乳酸菌(U/L)比例的变化。

研究招募了绝经前健康女性志愿者。参与者提供了三个月的每日排尿时间,包括三个阶段的试验:1 -基线,2 -干预,3 -冲洗。参与者随机接受口服益生菌(鼠李糖乳杆菌GR-1和芦荟乳杆菌RC-14)与安慰剂。主要结果是增强型尿液培养法确定的每日排空尿液的U/L比值。使用t检验分析比率,使用独立广义线性混合效应模型(GLMM)分析微生物群多样性。

 

结果,纳入7名平均年龄为29.1岁(±5.3岁)的女性参与者的481个样本进行分析(益生菌n = 4;安慰剂n = 3)。没有不良事件的报告。安慰剂组和益生菌组的平均U/L比值相似,第1-3阶段安慰剂组和益生菌组之间没有差异(分别为p = 0.90,p = 0.58和p = 0.72)。未在排出的尿液中鉴定过益生菌。在微生物群多样性方面,组间没有变化。

 

综上所述,该研究结果表明,对于年轻健康女性,口服益生菌不影响U/L比值。
