目前,伦敦帝国理工学院医学系的研究人员正利用一台高通量单细胞封装设备,来开发针对HIV、流感、狂犬病和衣原体等感染病的RNA疫苗新型脂质体制剂。

目前,伦敦帝国理工学院医学系的研究人员正利用一台高通量单细胞封装设备,来开发针对HIV、流感、狂犬病和衣原体等感染病的RNA疫苗新型脂质体制剂。

博士后研究员Anna Blakney解释说:"我们一直专注于疫苗的递送,特别是RNA疫苗的脂质体制剂。通过筛选不同的阳离子脂质体包裹RNA分子后的细胞摄取和蛋白质表达水平,来评估脂质体在体内外的摄取情况。使用该仪器,可以在使用前大批量地制备与RNA复合的脂质体。"

"该系统的用户界面操作简单,只需输入参数,即可确定脂质体形成的最佳参数,确保可靠且重复地生产所需精确尺寸和浓度的脂质体颗粒。"
