NEJM：不得了！合成大麻素AMB-FUBINACA引起的“僵尸”爆发

在美国新的精神活性物质成为了不断增加和动态变化的滥用药物。在2016年7月12日，一种人工合成的大麻素在纽约的一个社区里引起了大规模中毒事件发生，共有33人中毒，在一个事件中由于出现了大量的中毒患者大众媒体将其描述为“僵尸”爆发。

研究人员获取了被送往当地医院的18名中毒者中的8名患者的血清、全血和尿标本，并对这些标本进行检测；研究人员同时还检测了一种誉为“24克拉黄金AK-47”的草本香味产品，它也与“僵尸”爆发有关。研究者采用液相色谱-串联四极杆飞行时间质谱对样品进行分析。

合成大麻素甲基2-（1-（4-氟苄基）- 1H-吲唑-3-甲酰胺基）-3-甲基丁酸（AMB-FUBINACA，也称为MMB-FUBINACA或FUB-AMB）从草本香味产品中提取出来的，其平均浓度（±SD）为16±3.9mg/g。在这所有的8名中毒患者的血清或全血样本中均找到了脱酯化的酸性代谢物，其浓度范围从77到636 ng/mL。
