间皮瘤是一种侵袭性癌症，几乎没有有效的治疗方案。虽然免疫疗法可能会改善疾病的进程，但往往会出现耐药。因此，克服这种耐药并改善患者的预后至关重要。CLIN CANCER RES近期发表了一篇文章，研究研究免疫检查点抑制剂联合化疗对间皮瘤进行治疗。

间皮瘤是一种侵袭性癌症，几乎没有有效的治疗方案。虽然免疫疗法可能会改善疾病的进程，但往往会出现耐药。因此，克服这种耐药并改善患者的预后至关重要。CLIN CANCER RES近期发表了一篇文章，研究研究免疫检查点抑制剂联合化疗对间皮瘤进行治疗。

作者主要研究这种治疗方案的合理性。研究结果表明，在临床前间皮瘤模型中，吉西他滨联合免疫检查点抑制剂在肿瘤控制和生存方面优于单独的免疫治疗； 然而，在吉西他滨和免疫检查点抑制剂联合方案中加入地塞米松则使得协同性的临床反应失效。此外，吉西他滨联合抗PD-1治疗使得两名对吉西他滨或抗PD-1作为单一疗法出现耐药的间皮瘤患者出现客观临床反应。

文章最后认为，使用吉西他滨和免疫检查点抑制剂联合治疗间皮瘤是可行的，可产生协同的临床效果。

免疫疗法可改善间皮瘤小鼠的存活率
