已有的研究显示,CD3 + CD4-CD8-T细胞(双阴性T细胞; DNT)通过调节免疫和炎性体内平衡在外周免疫相关疾病中具有多种功能。然而,至今为止,DNT在中枢神经系统中的功能仍然未知。

最近,研究人员发现,中风患者的脑和外周血以及小鼠模型中DNT的水平以时间依赖性方式显着增加。 渗透性DNT通过调节FasL / PTPN2 / TNF-α信号传导途径增强脑免疫和炎症反应,并加剧缺血性脑损伤。

阻断该途径限制了DNT介导的神经炎症,并改善了中风的结果。

因此,该研究结果确定了DNT在缺血性脑中的关键功能,表明这种独特的细胞群是治疗缺血性中风的有吸引力的靶标。
