      研究人员将通过回结肠镜检查可触及的(长度小于 5 厘米)不可通过狭窄的 CD 患者纳入本项研究。在狭窄肠段的 4 个方位中注射同种异体骨髓来源的 MSC。在每次随访时评估患者不良事件和临床评分,同时在基线、第 12 周和第 48 周进行内窥镜检查和磁共振肠造影判断疗效。疗效的主要判断标准是第 12 周狭窄的完全或部分缓解情况。第二个判断疗效标准包括第 48 周的狭窄评估和第 12 周和第 48 周的临床评分进展情况。

 

      本项研究对 10 名 CD 患者进行了 11 次 MSC 注射治疗(3 处原发性狭窄和 7 处吻合口狭窄;1 处狭窄注射了两次)。MSC 注射的耐受性良好,但据报道有 4 名患者因肠梗阻而住院。在第 12 周,5 名患者的狭窄完全或部分消退(2 名完全或 3 名部分缓解)。7 名患者在第 48 周重新评估(1 名施行球囊扩张术、1 名手术治疗和 1 名失访),4 名患者肠道狭窄完全缓解。第 0 周、第 12 周和第 48 周之间临床评分的演变无统计学意义。
