这篇研究的目的是为了评估不同搅动方式对一种全新的HEMA-free通用型牙本质粘接剂粘接层形成的影响。

研究使用3种搅拌方式[被动搅拌(PA)， 主动搅拌(AA)， 超声搅拌(UA)]在老化处理与否的条件下评估通用型粘接剂G-Premio BOND自酸蚀系统下的µTBS。

结果显示，Two-way analysis of variance分析表明老化处理并不是一个具有统计显著性的影响因素。Tukey's HSD检验结果显示，基于应用的方法不同结果存在显著性差异，UA>AA>PA。TEM影像结果表明，PA组的粘接层存在多个水泡；而AA和UA组的水泡数量明显减少；因此，AA和UA组对HEMA-free通用型粘接剂表现出更好的粘接效果。推测：可以通过牙本质粘接剂的主动搅拌减少水泡的陷入，进而提高粘接效果。
