阿斯利康近日表示，对标准护理治疗中射血分数（HFrEF）降低的患者（包括有和没有2型糖尿病的患者）使用Farxiga（达格列净）的III期研究（DAPA-HF试验）符合其主要复合终点。该公司指出，在DAPA-HF试验中，与安慰剂相比，每日一次的达格列净显著降低了心血管死亡或心力衰竭恶化的风险。

阿斯利康生物制药研发执行副总裁Mene Pangalos评论道：“通过DAPA-HF试验，达格列净成为同类产品中第一个在标准护理基础上展示治疗心衰潜力的药物。我们期待尽快与卫生当局讨论结果”。达格列净目前被批准作为单一疗法和联合疗法以改善糖尿病患者的血糖控制。由于中国和欧洲市场的增长，该产品第二季度的销售额同比增长11％至3.77亿美元。
