JCEM:全基因组分析确定了2个甲状腺过氧化物酶和甲状腺球蛋白抗体阳性的敏感性位点

甲状腺过氧化物酶(TPO)和甲状腺球蛋白(Tg)是甲状腺的主要成分,在甲状腺激素合成中发挥重要作用。甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体(TPOAb)和甲状腺球蛋白抗体(TgAb)的发现是自身免疫性甲状腺疾病的主要诊断标志和早期指标。TPOAb和TgAb受强大的遗传因素影响。

为了鉴定与TPOAb和/或TgAb阳性相关的新基因位点,近日,内分泌和代谢性疾病领域权威杂志Journal of Clinical Endocrinology & Metabolism上发表了一篇研究文章,研究人员对来自克罗地亚的2613名个体进行了全基因组荟萃分析。将血浆TPO-Ab和/或Tg-Ab升高的受试者定义为病例(N=619),将TPO-Ab和Tg-Ab处于参考值内的受试者定义为对照者(N=1 994)。

研究人员确定了2个新的基因位点,一个位于YES1基因内(rs77284350,P=1.50×10-8),另一个位于IRF8基因内(rs16939945,P=5.04×10-8)。
