安非他明是影响心理健康的重要危险因素

安非他明的使用是一个全球性的公共卫生问题，近日研究人员考察了有关安非他明使用和心理健康结果的全球数据。

本次研究为系统回顾和荟萃分析，考察了甲基安非他明或安非他明与精神病、暴力、自杀、抑郁或焦虑的关系。

59项研究纳入荟萃分析。在结果上存在显著的异质性。安非他明的任何使用都与精神病(OR=2.0)、暴力(OR=2.2)、自杀（OR=4.4）和抑郁症(OR=1.6)的风险增加相关。安非他明滥用与精神病(OR=3.0)、暴力(OR=6.2)和自杀(OR=2.3)的风险增加相关。

研究认为，安非他明是影响心理健康的重要危险因素。
