这些数字显示自2014年以来死亡人数呈上升趋势,2017年75岁以前英国有42384人因心脏病和中风等疾病而死亡,而三年前为41042人,这是50年来的首次呈现上升趋势。这一变化可能是由于高血压、高胆固醇、肥胖、糖尿病、吸烟和家族病史等因素增加所致。在过去五年中,英国人诊断患有糖尿病的人数增加了18%。
