强生公司近日公布了II期GRIFFIN（MMY2004）研究的最新结果，该研究显示，与硼替佐米、来那度胺和地塞米松（VRd）方案相比，在VRd中添加DARZALEX®（daratumumab）一线治疗多发性骨髓瘤患者能够产生更高的反应率与反应深度。

强生公司近日公布了II期GRIFFIN（MMY2004）研究的最新结果，该研究显示，与硼替佐米、来那度胺和地塞米松（VRd）方案相比，在VRd中添加DARZALEX®（daratumumab）一线治疗多发性骨髓瘤患者能够产生更高的反应率与反应深度。这些数据将在波士顿举行的第17届国际骨髓瘤研讨会（IMW）会议上公布。

GRIFFIN研究的首席研究员，医学博士Peter M. Voorhees说：“GRIFFIN研究是第二项随机研究，旨在研究daratumumab对新诊断的多发性骨髓瘤患者的益处，这些患者有资格接受移植手术，并且首次与来那度胺联合应用于该人群。这项研究证明，在移植环境中将daratumumab添加到蛋白酶体抑制剂/免疫调节剂组合疗法中是非常有效的”。
