Xynomic是一家临床阶段的肿瘤药物开发公司，近日宣布，在abexinostat联合pazopanib治疗肾癌的全球关键III期临床试验中，第一位中国患者已经在北京大学肿瘤医院入组，abexinostat联合pazopanib预计成为针对肾细胞癌（RCC）的一线或二线疗法。

Xynomic是一家临床阶段的肿瘤药物开发公司，近日宣布，在abexinostat联合pazopanib治疗肾癌的全球关键III期临床试验中，第一位中国患者已经在北京大学肿瘤医院入组，abexinostat联合pazopanib预计成为针对肾细胞癌（RCC）的一线或二线疗法。

abexinostat是基于异羟肟酸的小分子组蛋白去乙酰化酶（HDAC）口服抑制剂。abexinostat联合pazopanib作为局部晚期或转移性RCC患者的一线或二线治疗正在进行全球随机关键性III期试验。目前，该试验正在美国、欧洲和韩国进行。美国FDA已将abexinostat与pazopanib一起授予快速通道指定。
