背景

方法
研究人员对82例(19例无CNI,34例CNI低剂量和29例标准剂量CNI治疗)肝移植术后10年的患者和32例健康对照者进行了相关研究,并对所有受试者进行了非局部脑磷磁共振波谱(MRS)和单体素质MRS治疗白质检查来估计脑代谢物含量。

结果
与对照相比,肝移植术后患者中磷代谢物浓度降低。特别是,低剂量CNI治疗患者三磷酸腺苷显着减少(0.209±0.012 vs 0.222±0.010; P <0.001),磷酸肌酸(PCr)显着增加(0.344±0.026 vs 0.321±0.017; P <0.001)。CNI游离组中的肌醇(2.719±0.549 iu)显着低于对照组(3.181±0.425 iu; P = 0.02),谷氨酸和谷氨酰胺水平与认知功能负相关(R = -0.362,P = 0.029)。

结论
肝移植后的长期CNI治疗可能与脑代谢物的改变有关。
