阿斯利康近日宣布，一项针对三联疗法Breztri Aerosphere（布地奈德/格隆溴铵/福莫特罗富马酸盐）治疗中度至重度慢性阻塞性肺病（COPD）患者的III期研究符合其主要终点。

阿斯利康近日宣布，一项针对三联疗法Breztri Aerosphere（布地奈德/格隆溴铵/福莫特罗富马酸盐）治疗中度至重度慢性阻塞性肺病（COPD）患者的III期研究符合其主要终点。阿斯利康生物制药研发执行副总裁Mene Pangalos评论道：“我们期待尽快与卫生当局分享这些结果”。

ETHOS试验纳入了8500名患者，这些患者至少经历过一次中度或重度症状，并且在入组时接受了至少两次吸入性维持治疗。该研究的主要终点是中度或重度恶化的发生率。结果显示，与双组合疗法Bevespi Aerosphere（格隆铵/福莫特罗富马酸盐）和PT009（布地奈德/福莫特罗富马酸盐）相比，Breztri Aerosphere显著降低了恶化率。
