虽然之前报道了空腹c13 -葡萄糖呼吸试验(FGBT)对诊断肝脏胰岛素抵抗(IR)很有用，但是在实际的临床环境中并未显现。因此，本研究对心脏病患者进行FGBT，以评估FGBT和HOMA-IR之间的HIR诊断能力差异，此外们还评估了FGBT与已知心血管危险因素之间的关系。

虽然之前报道了空腹c13 -葡萄糖呼吸试验(FGBT)对诊断肝脏胰岛素抵抗(IR)很有用，但是在实际的临床环境中并未显现。因此，本研究对心脏病患者进行FGBT，以评估FGBT和HOMA-IR之间的HIR诊断能力差异，此外们还评估了FGBT与已知心血管危险因素之间的关系。

本研究共纳入200例患者(缺血性心脏病100例[IHD]，非缺血性心脏病50例[NIHD]，非心脏生活方式相关疾病50例[NCD])。研究人员在之前的研究中获得了40名健康志愿者的数据[HV]。评估了120 分钟c13排泄速率作为指标的肝FGBT IR。

各疾病组C120值均显著低于HV组，IHD组和NCD组HOMA-IR与HV组无显著差异。C120值与已知心血管危险因素显著相关。

这些结果表明，FGBT在评估肝脏IR作为心血管危险因素方面比HOMA-IR更敏感，并可能有助于管理患者预防心血管疾病。
