Dent Mater J:II类洞树脂充填的体外微渗漏评估:高粘度大块树脂VS常规树脂

这篇研究的目的是为了比较大块充填树脂(Filtek™ Bulk Fill)和常规树脂(Filtek™Supreme XTE)充填II类洞时的边缘微渗漏情况。研究在40颗拔除的人磨牙上制备2个标准的II类洞型。龈边缘位于釉牙本质界之上的为20颗(groups 1 and 2),位于釉牙本质界的为另20颗(groups 3 and 4) (n=20)。近牙合窝洞直接充填大块树脂(groups 1 and 3),远牙合窝洞采用逐层添加的方法充填常规树脂(groups 2 and 4)。随后,牙齿至于热循环(500 cycles 5-55°C)中,染色后于光学显微镜下观察。结果显示,龈边缘在釉质的微渗漏明显低于边缘在本质上(p<0.01)。组1和组2 (p=0.86)以及组3和组4 (p=0.26)之间未见显著性差异。大块树脂充填产生的龈端微渗漏与常规树脂相似。原始出处:García Marí L, Climent Gil A, et al.
