吉利德公司旗下子公司Kite生物近日公布了ZUMA-3试验的最新结果，ZUMA​​-3是一项评估KTE-X19（CD19嵌合抗原受体T细胞疗法）的单臂I/II期研究，用于治疗复发难治急性淋巴细胞白血病（ALL）的成人患者。

吉利德公司旗下子公司Kite生物近日公布了ZUMA-3试验的最新结果，ZUMA​​-3是一项评估KTE-X19（CD19嵌合抗原受体T细胞疗法）的单臂I/II期研究，用于治疗复发难治急性淋巴细胞白血病（ALL）的成人患者。单次输注KTE-X19后中位随访时间为15.1个月（范围3.7-28.6个月），69％（n = 25/36）的可评估患者达到肿瘤完全缓解。在达到完全缓解的患者中，微小残留病（MRD）阴性率为100％。

德克萨斯大学MD安德森癌症中心的William G. Wierda博士说：“我们对此次试验中患者单次输注KTE-X19后获得完全白血病缓解的消息感到鼓舞。在复发难治性ALL中，大多数成年患者对治疗的反应较差、生存期短，而ZUMA​​-3试验的结果为复发难治性ALL的治疗提供了希望”。不良反应事件（AEs）包括23％（n = 10/44）的3级或更高级别的细胞因子释放综合征（CRS）和39％（n = 17/44）的神经系统事件，不过大多数这些不良事件均得到了解决。
