本研究旨在评价经皮经胆囊胆总管（CBD）取石术在114例患者的安全性和效果。

本研究旨在评价经皮经胆囊胆总管（CBD）取石术在114例患者的安全性和效果。

本研究共纳入了114例行经皮经胆囊CBD结石取石术的患者。所有患者均有胆囊炎或胆管炎病史。在透视下镍钛诺取石篮进行取石。评价技术上成功率、并发症和远期随访结果。

结果为，共有96/114 (84.2%)患者取得技术上的成功。在18例患者中，由于胆囊管插管失败(n = 11)、CBD结石移位(n = 3)、多发CBD结石(n = 3)和胆囊管穿刺位点较低(n = 1)导致失败。无严重手术操作并发症发生。在随访平均644天内，共有12例患者在术后884天内复发。

本研究表明，经皮经胆囊胆总管取石术是一种安全有效的方法。
