   平行于股骨髁间沟顶的线与前交叉韧带远段部分延长线形成的角度，正常为负值，其顶点位于后上方，若为正值，顶点位于前下方考虑前交叉韧带损伤

   后交叉韧带在股骨胫骨起止点最短连线（Y）与后凸最高点间的垂直距离（X）比值，X/Y＞0.39时提示前交叉韧带断裂。
