在第11届欧洲泌尿外科癌症多学科大会（EMUC）上，LIDDS公司公布了Liproca®Depot治疗前列腺癌的IIb期临床试验（LPC-004试验）的最新数据。结果表明，研究达到了主要和次要终点，并证明了更大比例的中度风险患者（即Liproca Depot的目标人群）是PSA应答者。

IIb期研究的最新数据证实，接受16毫升前列腺内注射Liproca®Depot的患者中有90％患者的PSA降低，而且16毫升是未来III期研究的最佳剂量。此外，研究显示没有全身性不良反应，Liproca®Depot是安全的并且对患者耐受良好，并且接受治疗的患者中有84％可以接受第二次Liproca®Depot注射。
