Neurology：卒中前体力活动可能影响急性卒中严重程度

近日，神经病学领域权威取杂志Neurology上发表了一篇研究文章，研究人员旨在调查卒中前体力活动（PA）对急性卒中严重程度的影响。

研究人员从登记中心检索了首次卒中患者的数据。变量包括PA、年龄、性别、吸烟、糖尿病、高血压和他汀类药物治疗、卒中严重程度、心肌梗死、住院期间的新发卒中和卒中单元住院治疗的持续时间。研究人员采用Saltin-Grimby 4级身体活动水平量表评估PA，并用美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表（NIHSS）评估卒中严重程度。Logistic回归用于预测卒中严重程度，负二项回归用于比较PA水平与卒中严重程度。

该研究纳入了925例患者，平均年龄为73.1岁，女性占45.2％。在包括年龄较小这一预测因子的模型中，与不活动的患者相比，报告轻度或中度PA水平的患者更可能发生轻度卒中（NIHSS评分0至5）（PA的比值比=2.02，年龄的比值比=0.97）。解释值限制在6.8％。卒中前PA与不太严重的卒中相关，并且轻度PA如步行至少4小时/周和中度PA 2-3小时/周似乎是有益的。身体不活动与卒中严重程度增加有关。

由此可见，该研究表明PA和年龄较小可导致严重程度较轻的卒中。轻度PA如步行至少4小时/周和中等PA 2-3小时/周对于患者似乎是有益的。
