保护树脂-牙本质界面防止水解和酶降解是维持粘接修复长期有效的关键。近年来,体外试验测试了多种方法以诱导纤维间和纤维内的原胶原处以及树脂稀少粘接渗透未完成区域的矿物质沉积。此外,钙离子以及其他金属离子的存在对酶活性具有一定的抑制作用。学者们致力于离子释放微粒和仿生类物质的研发以促使混合层再矿化。总体上讲,再矿化策略依赖于剩余矿物质含量。在部分脱矿的牙本质内,剩余磷灰石晶体充当着钙和磷酸盐离子沉积以及晶体生长的核心部位(自上而下的再矿化)。在完全脱矿的牙本质内晶体完全消失(如酸蚀的牙本质),就必须使用矿化纳米前体细胞并辅以非胶原蛋白类似物(自下而上的再矿化)。这篇文章主要是回顾了混合层再矿化以及树脂-牙本质界面保存的方法。原始出处:Braga RR, Fronza BM.
