这篇研究的目的是为了评估根管内、口内和口外冷冻疗法对有症状根尖周炎磨牙术后疼痛的影响。

研究将100名患者随机分为4组：对照组（不施以冷冻疗法）、应用根管内冷冻疗法组、应用口内冷冻疗法组和应用口外冷冻疗法组。记录患者术后第1、3、5和7天的疼痛情况。使用线性回归分析， χ2， one-way方差分析， Tukey post hoc和Kruskal-Wallis H检验对数据进行统计学评估(P = .05)。

结果显示，从受检者数据上看，各组间不存在显著性差异(P > .05)。各组间术前疼痛水平与术前叩诊疼痛的视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分相似(P > .05)。线性回归分析表明，组变量在其他所有变量（组、年龄、性别、牙号、术前疼痛水平和叩痛的VAS评分）中对术后1天的疼痛发挥着最显著的影响(P < .001)。与对照组相比较，所有冷冻疗法组在第1、3、5和7天均展现出更轻微的叩诊疼痛和术后疼痛(P < .05)。

结论：基于此项研究的条件，与对照组相比，所有冷冻疗法（根管内、口内和口外）的应用均会获得更轻的术后疼痛水平以及更低的叩痛VAS评分。
