大家都知道多巴胺受体激动剂卡麦角林（CAB）已广泛应用于垂体泌乳素瘤和其他类型的垂体腺瘤的治疗当中，但是由于一些泌乳素瘤患者的不耐受和在其他垂体瘤中有效性的缺乏，其临床使用受到一定的限制。而氯喹（CQ）是众所周知的治疗疟疾的老药。

大家都知道多巴胺受体激动剂卡麦角林（CAB）已广泛应用于垂体泌乳素瘤和其他类型的垂体腺瘤的治疗当中，但是由于一些泌乳素瘤患者的不耐受和在其他垂体瘤中有效性的缺乏，其临床使用受到一定的限制。而氯喹（CQ）是众所周知的治疗疟疾的老药。

2017年7月20日在JCEM上发表的一篇文章发现CAB和CQ参与自噬诱导和自噬性细胞死亡激活。该研究进一步测试CAB和CQ协同是否能移植垂体腺瘤和其他癌症的生长。

采用大鼠垂体肿瘤MMQ和GH3肿瘤细胞系的体外研究、人垂体肿瘤细胞原带培养和一些人类肿瘤细胞株显示CQ增强了CAB细胞增殖的抑制作用；这些结果在裸鼠体内的雌激素诱导的大鼠催乳素瘤异种移植模型中得到了证实。为了进一步了解CAB和CQ的联合作用机制，该研究建立了低剂量CAB情况，这此剂量下，CAB能够诱导自噬却不能抑制细胞生长；继而予以CQ可阻断正常的自噬性周期和诱导细胞凋亡，这是通过p62 / caspase-8/ LC3-II的进一步积累证实的。

通过上述的研究表明CAB和CQ 的联合应用可以提高治疗垂体腺瘤和其他肿瘤的临床有效性，使其成为肿瘤和癌症治疗中的一个新选择。
