尽管富含血小板的纤维蛋白基质(PRFM)在面部年轻化方面的应用越来越普遍,但是目前没有研究评估其对皮肤的影响。近日,发表于Aesthet Surg J的一项随机对照研究探究了PRFM对Canfield VISIA肤色分析系统测量的皮肤质量的影响。

该项随机、安慰剂对照试验为期12周,在单一中心进行,共纳入30名患者,一侧脸部的颊中部和鼻唇沟处接受PRFM注射,对侧接受生理盐水注射。主要结果是每组患者在6周和12周时,治疗前和治疗后的VISIA皮肤总分的差异。还计算了每个皮肤参数的子分数的变化。

 

结果,参与者的平均[标准差]年龄为49.9[13.9]岁。6周时,PRFM组的VISIA总分(四分位数范围)的中位数变化为-1.77(2.36),盐水组为-0.73(2.09)(P = 0.003)。两组之间得分变化明显不同的唯一皮肤参数是质地(P = 0.004)。12周时,PRFM组的中位数得分变化为-1.31(3.26),盐水组为-0.76(2.21)(P = 0.34)。任何单个皮肤参数的得分变化都没有统计学意义。

综上所述,该研究结果表明,与安慰剂相比,PRFM可以客观地改善皮肤质量。纹理是唯一明显改善的皮肤参数,这与PRFM作为填充剂的作用一致。而且这些结果可以持续至少6周。
